What a title for such a fitting issue. If you don’t know already, I am a paper fanatic! As an avid scrapbooker and stationery designer, I thought I had seen every use of paper and the different textures. Well my recent viewing at a show opened my eyes to a whole new world! Yes, these dress designs were made of all kinds of paper! Creativity at it’s finest.
This month’s paper collection is “Welcome”. This paper brings inspiration for welcome home cards, creativity with scrapbook pages and so much more! The complimented watercolors brings out the colors of the paper but do not overpower it and this makes this our fresh pick of the month. Did you know my fiend for paper first started with scrapbooking? I dibbled and dabbled and then it exploded into overflowing drawers of stuff to working at a scrapbook store where all my paychecks went to Karen Foster, Gypsies, Jolees, Bazzill, Accucut, Quick Kutz, and the list goes on!!!! Although I do custom invitations, I can’t veer far from my roots of scrapbooking. Check out our featured papers of the month!
These paper sizes are 8 1/2 x 11 and are perfect for matting for invitations or the making of cards. The textures are gorgeous and some of the papers are metallic.
We couldn’t stop and let the 8 1/2 x 11 ‘s have all the fun! We have 12×12’s too!
